About the Service

Covid-19 Update: Moving to a telephone only counselling service from tomorrow evening until further notice. Everyone is working from home until things get back to normal. Our services will remain open throughout but only via a telephone service. People can self-refer through our National Helpline on 0845 600 2227. People can also refer by e-mail at support@crusescotland.org.uk 121 Bereavement Support Service delivered out of 7 1/2 John Wood Street in Port Glasgow by trained volunteers. Details of Costs

The average cost of counseling services is estimated at around £50 per session. Clients are encouraged to make a contribution/donation depending on what they can afford

Eligibility Criteria

The self referral service is open to clients throughout the country. We look to place clients for support in their local community where practical and in Inverclyde we work in partnership with the Community Trust to provide our 121 Support service from their office in 7 1/2 John Wood Street, Port Glasgow.
