Welcome to the City Lites Healthy Eating and Exercise programme. We hope that you will find encouragement as we work together to lose weight and get into terrific shape. A desire to eat healthy foods and move your body more is the key to a healthier lifestyle ! YOU CAN DO IT!
Along with a healthy eating programme, ten minutes of exercise each day, or twenty minutes two or three times a week will help to reduce your weight and get you into better shape.
Have you got some nice clothes that no longer fit? Or a special occasion coming up and need to lose a few pounds? Whatever the reason, together WE CAN DO IT!
