About the Service

Covid-19 Update: All Community Link Workers are working from home but still available for support as much as they can be, support over the phone also. Community Link Workers (CLWs) provide support to patients of their respective GP practices with non medical social issues, ranging from benefits and money issues, housing to stress and mental health. CLWs will support people by linking them in to services that are available locally. The service is person centred and the CLW is led by the person they are working with. There is a CLW in every practice in Greenock, please contact your GP practice to speak with your CLW.
