About the Service

Home-Start Renfrewshire & Inverclyde has been set up to give friendship, advice and practical support to families who live in the Renfrewshire and Inverclyde areas and who have at least one child under the age of 5. To provide our service we recruit and train volunteers, who are usually parents themselves or have considerable parenting experience. Like our Renfrewshire service our families require support for a number of reasons including children with autism, mental health issues or isolation.

There is no cost for our services - we are a charity and so we apply for funding to support families.

Eligibility Criteria

There is no maximum age for our services, as long as they have one child under 5, we will support the whole family.
