About the Service

St Andrew’s First Aid Cadets is aimed at 11 to 15 year olds, providing the opportunity for young people to develop their first aid techniques and learn vital life skills. Children can join at any time and will learn invaluable life saving skills which they can use for the rest of their lives. We will cover topics such as CPR, using a defibrillator, recovery position, sprains, fractures, burns, bleeding and lots more. Cadet Activities: First aid theory and practical, Competition work, Cadet Award scheme, Cadet Challenge, Attend Youth Conference, Take part in the Youth Challenge.

Details of Costs

There is no cost for this service, however if children wish they can bring 50p for the tuck shop.
