About the Service

Covid-19 Update: The group is not meeting currently, but there is a whatsapp group/private message option for anyone who is interested/needs someone to talk to. Please go onto our Facebook and give us a private message. “Man On!” is a new peer support group for men in Inverclyde to talk about their mental health. The term comes from football, where the shout “Man On!” is to inform a team mate that another player is close by. We want to build that shout into Inverclyde society so that every man knows there is always somebody close by for support. Everybody will know someone impacted by suicide or may have a worry about someone. We are not experts or lifesavers, just ordinary people from Inverclyde who have experienced the impact of low times in life and know the difference when we have people to talk too.
