About the Service

Covid-19 Update Your Voice offices are currently closed until further notice. They are currently contacting members on their database and offering remote support. You can still contact them on 01475 728628 if you require more information or advice. http://www.yourvoice.org.uk/peer-support.html The Peer Support Network creates a safe environment, and opportunities whereby people can build relationships of trust, support, empowerment, enhance participation and promote a sense of belonging in their community. We encourage active development to achieve long term sustainability, and this is assisted by community buddies and volunteers who aid individuals/groups in fulfilling their potential. Many of the groups access a range of resources, information and training opportunities. Moreover, they are active citizens in identifying best practice and raise concerns to inform and influence both local and national service provision; link with other agencies and work collaboratively in a range of community engagement / fundraising / campaigning events that are of interest to them.
