Our Financial Wellbeing officers can help you with all aspects of Welfare Benefits: Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit, Scottish Welfare Fund, and many more. We can help with advice from calculating entitlement to making an appeal. If you are claiming Universal Credit we will show you how to use your online UC account and guide you through any changes. If your money has stopped or you have been sanctioned we can help get your payments restarted and protect your tenancy. We will liaise on your behalf with Inverclyde Council, DWP and HMRC, to try and get your benefits back on track.
