About the Service

Beacon Arts Centre in collaboration with Weekday WOW Factor present new daily Virtual Daytime Disco's! This is our way of raising community spirit during COVID-19 - keeping spirits up, staying connected and keeping active during lockdown. Aimed at the 55+ age group; adults of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in. These free events include the chance to chat with locals in your community, fun games and all the music is chosen by you! You can dance seated or standing and go at your own pace, whatever suits you best. What you'll need: You will need an internet and broadband connection A digital device to call from such as a mobile phone, computer or tablet Access to a Whatsapp or Skype account If you need help setting any of the above up - dont worry, we're here to help! Please get in touch via the email below. How to sign up: Email weekdaywowfactor@gmail.com with your name and a contact number and a member of the team will call to discuss the next steps for joining in. Join us daily on: WhatsApp video call at 3:30pm Skype at 5pm
