WISHES

WISHES stands for Women’s Initiative for Socialising, Health, Education and Skills. We’re a group of women who are over 50 who meet every week. They run craft groups, speakers coming in, trips to Cardwell Garden Centre. They have also had Nurses come into the group to do check ups/blood pressure checks. The group is also there to combat social isolation and give women a place to come, meet and socialise/get involved and out and about.
